Hi guys! I'm new; I've wanted to buy from Lush for the longest time, but there's so much I want + the shipping that I just kept putting it off... but now it's happy late Christmas to me!

So far I have:
Queen of Hearts

Baby Face
Eau Roma Water

in my cart. I found some of the tags helpful, that's actually what got me to look into the Eau Roma Water. The Baby Face is probably the one thing that I have wanted to try forever.

I would love product recommendations! My face is extremely sensitive, I can get a rash just looking at soap, haha. The only thing I've found that doesn't make my face explode is an oatmeal moisturizing bar by Aveeno.. but even that isn't quite doing the trick anymore. My face is scratchy-dry, but still gets really oily during the day. How does this make sense?! I don't have breakouts or acne [except when I have a reaction to something, it gets dry-peely-rash]

My body... for some reason this year my body decides it hates winter. I usually have only slighter drier skin than normal but right now, the skin on my upper arms and all over my legs is red and RAW. It hurts. Normal soaps are just drying it out more and making it more painful, and lotions aren't helping more than 2 seconds, I've even dried dabbing jojoba oil on it to no avail :( Suggestions?

So I placed an order with the LUSH UK website, only to realize I had forgotten an important item (Dark Angels cleanser! For those of you who love it, you know how necessary it is!). So I emailed LUSH UK to ask them to add it on, if they could, and if not, to cancel the whole order so I could place a new one.

This morning I got two emails, one saying that they had canceled the whole thing, and one saying that they were very sorry but they couldn't add it on, and my order was in the process of being dispatched. I emailed both emails back to ask them to verify that the order has been canceled. My bank statement shows that the amount is pending, not charged, so I am hoping that is a good sign.

My question is, how long will LUSH UK's online "Buy 30 GBP , Get 10 GBP Free" sale be going on? My new order is definitely over that amount, but I am a bit wary of placing it until I know for sure that the old order has been canceled... but like the greedy LUSH addict that I am I want my free stuff! :) Does anyone know?

I was cleaning out things from Christmas last year and found some forgotten Lush items. I have one that I can't identify. It's flat & round, cream in color, and has a flower embossed on the top. I can't tell you the scent because I can't smell anything due to a cold. I think it came in a gift box with Snowcake & Smitten.

If anyone has any ideas about it, please let me know. Thanks!

Oh gosh, you guys! I just posted yesterday about my fairly good sized Christmas/Holiday sale hauls. But since i'm a huge fan of Snowcake, I just couldn't wait a whole year to use lots of it again after I missed out at my store and American site! I had to do some weight figuring since my original order was too heavy for royal mail shipping but it turned out fine anyway.

I placed an order on Lush UK on Dec. 26. I had been planning on making a retro order soon anyways, so I figured I might as well do it when I could get free stuff!

Anyways, I figured it would take a while to get sent to me because of the sale, plus the holidays. The Lush NA site even says that purchases made during the sale wouldn't be available for shipping until Jan. 5th. I placed my order on Dec. 26 and got a confirmation that my order had shipped today (Dec 28)! I can't believe it shipped that soon!

My boyfriend went with me to Lush today for the first time! We spent my $125 worth of Macys giftcards. In. one. trip. I think I have a problem. However, a large portion of that was spent on essentials that I had run out of, face stuff, shampoo. etc. Here's what we ended up with:

Unfortunately they were all out of the holiday bath stuff, but my boyfriend took advantage of the buy 1 get 2 on soap. I would've done the same except I'm buried up to my neck in soap already.

I have seen a bunch of posts from people who were sad that there stores sold out of everything the first day of the clean slate promotion, well I was lucky enough to get a bunch of stuff and when I left my store I thought everything was gone.

I called my store this morning and they have everything back in stock, its like they only put out a few things at a time, to stagger it for a few days.

just a heads up to some who thought they missed out, you may want to call your store and check.

again, I am not sure if all stores are doing it, but it cant hurt to check right?
